Analysis and Forecast of Beijing’s Air Quality Index Based on ARIMA Model and Neural Network Model

Based on Beijing’s Air Quality Index (AQI) and concentration changes of the six major pollutants from 2019 to 2021, results are visualized through descriptive statistics, air pollution status influencing factors AQI analyzed using ARIMA model neural network. A forecast system is built fitting effects two models compared. The show that PM2.5, PM10, O3 have greatest impact AQI. quality now shows a trend improvement in recent years; however, there obvious seasonal evidence summer index has been high. Therefore, special attention should be paid treatment ozone summer. Both useful for AQI, but effect network better than model. Moreover, when additive long-term monthly data, it found Beijing still cyclicality slightly decreasing next years. This research provides basis policy enlightenment environmental protection departments deal with pollution.
